Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is open, but we recommend booking online — most slots fill up 3-4 days ahead, especially Friday and Saturday.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Just reply to your confirmation text or call the shop.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and cash. Payment is taken in-shop after your service — nothing is charged when you book.

Is there parking nearby?

Metered street parking is available on Wooster St, and the Broome St garage is a 2 minute walk. We're also 3 blocks from the Prince St subway station.
